Fortnum Property offers a free Feasibility Study service to landowners who may be interested in understanding the untapped value of their land. This is the first step for any Property Development project. We will review the town planning applicable to the property, estimate the development yield, analyse market conditions, undertake cost estimates and complete program forecasting. The outcome of this Feasibility Study is a Residual Land Value (the potential payment to the landowner under different scenarios).


We discuss the Feasibility Study and Residual Land Value with the landowner in detail. Where the potential Development Project is viable the landowner is invited to continue to work with Fortnum Property. Importantly there is no obligation or cost to the landowner to this point.
